We've been so busy preparing Christmas decorations and rehearsing plays at this wonderful time of year! We have recorded two plays, including 'The Small Christmas Tree' with 1st Cycle, and 'Merry Christmas' with 2nd Cycle. We have also learnt many songs along the way! Louisa has taught the students a few Christmas traditions from the UK, including pulling the Christmas crackers. We decided to make our own, which you can see in the photo below! Inside we put a riddle, a paper crown and a chocolate Santa. Louisa also made a Christmas presentation, explaining how Christmas is celebrated in the UK, and we were able to watch a video clip of 'Walking In the Air' from the famous children's story, 'The Snowman'. Click on the video!
We hope you have a magical Christmas, and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year!
MERRY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL!
YOU CAN ALSO WATCH THE RECORDINGS FROM THE CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL. THE RECORDING OF THE FIFTH GRADERS IS VERY SHORT BECAUSE WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH TECHNOLOGY, SORRY AND WE HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!
